Política de reembolso

Our refund policy is explained in parts, from A to F. Kindly read through everything mentioned here, before placing an order.  If you still have any questions, after reading through everything, kindly visit our Contact page to get in touch with us.
A) Returns
1) We shall offer a refund or an exchange, for any delivered product that is different from what you had ordered (apart from reasons mentioned in our important information section.), only if claimed so with clear cut evidence.
2) Our management personally checks every piece of fabric before it is packed, and hence we affirm that none of our items will have any damage. We discard any damaged products (as and when we find them), as we wish to ensure that none of our customers ever receive anything subpar. Hence we cannot offer a refund or an exchange in this case. 
3) For any fabric bought from our store, we have to cut the required metres from rolls, and unfortunately since fabric cannot be attached back into the roll, once we have cut it, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

B) Refunds (if eligible)
1) Once an eligible return is received and inspected by our team, we shall be sending you an email to notify receipt of the same, along with an approval/rejection status. 
2) If the refund is approved, your original payment method shall be credited within 7 working days. 

C) Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1) If you haven’t received a refund for an eligible return (post approval, see A&B) yet, we request that you thoroughly check your original payment method transaction statement after an additional 24 hours.

2) If you still do not receive the refund, kindly contact your original payment method company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected due to processing delays on their end.

D) Exchanges (if eligible)
1) We only replace items if they do not match what you ordered.

E) Gifts
1) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2) If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

F) Shipping*
1) For receiving instructions for returning your product, kindly visit our Contact page to get in touch with us.

2) We shall not undertake any shipping costs endured for returning your item.
3) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping shall also be deducted from your refund.

4) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

5) If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
